The design and engineering company EGP INVEST, spol. s r.o. was established in 1991. In its business activities and production program, the Company has concentrated on the line of business and used the experience of the design centre, which was established in Uherský Brod in 1960. Thus, we will celebrate our 50th anniversary in 2010.
Our main line of business has been the execution of activities and services in investment construction, reconstruction, modernization and innovation of buildings. In 1970 we extended our business activities and started to focus on nuclear power and the classical energy industry as well.

- To ensure design and engineering activities in the Slovak Republic, EGP Invest, spol. s r.o. - organizačná zložka Trnava, based in Jána Bottu 2, Trnava, was established

- Purchase of a 66% share of ÚJV Řež, a.s. in EGP INVEST, spol. s r.o.

Thousands of documents have been executed as part of the pre-design and design preparation of constructions in the Company's history, of which the most important are:

- Projects for heavy industry in Ostrava and Třinec (blast furnaces, coke and limestone grinding plant, reconstruction of electrical furnaces);
- Industrial constructions (Nošovice Brewery, Kyjov Glassworks, Boiler Plant in Frýdek-Místek);
- Civic facilities (Cultural Centre in Karviná, Metallurgy and Iron Research Institute in Dobrá u Frýdku-Místku);
- Housing (Housing Units in Kyjov, Housing Units in Uherský Brod).
