During the design preparation and implementation of classical, industrial and energy constructions, in particular nuclear energy constructions in the period of 2009 - 2012, the Company's top management applies the following international standards:

| With the engineering approach, using all theoretical knowledge and practical experience, we will secure modern, progressive, ecological and non-energy intensive constructions. |

| With the systemization of our staff - designers and specialized preparation and training - we will ensure human resources for the Company's growth. By the creation of work conditions, we will form a stabilized all-profession design team capable of implementing demanding orders in time, in good quality and efficiently. |

| We will adjust the management of the processes to the requirements and expectations of the customers; with comprehensive and coordinated engineering, we will ensure the implementation and architect's supervision on site. |

| We will not only identify the environmental aspects of new or reconstructed and modernized constructions; we will determine and incorporate the actions for environmental protection in design documentation and construction procedures during the construction implementation as well as during the construction's entire service life. We will endeavour to minimize the generation and harmfulness of waste and will support its recycling. |

| We will replace the generation of classical products of design processes in graphic form by progressive design and budgeting methods using modern computer technology and reliable software, including the system of archiving and change procedure control of the as-built documentation. During the process, we identify the bottlenecks of the information and communication system and will ensure protection against information leaks. |

| We will improve the planning of orders operatively so that the operative plans will become the driving force of the Company's development and the basis for the individual assessment and remuneration of the designers. We will ensure that the operative plans will also include significant environmental aspects, occupational safety risks and hot spots of information leaks. |

| With the integration of the management system in the management of quality, environmental, occupational safety and information protection in the sector of nuclear energy, the quality of selected and reserved technical equipment, nuclear safety and radiation protection in accordance with the valid legislation, we will assure top quality designs and thus will enhance our position on the design market |
